   Sat in traffic for an hour and finished work 2 hours early only to be almost laughed at when i said i had a flu jab booked. The rude lady said all the bookings were blocked out, yet somehow, i booked one!!! With confirmation. I was then told, "Well, we are all the the same boat." What does that even mean!!!. Just a quick call would have been nice.

   After my wife tried for hours to get extra heart tablets for a a guest who can’t go home because she’s contracted Covid I went to this chemist and was served by a lovely lady who put me on to a guy called Toby he listened took on board our plight contacted the relevant medical people and then dispensed the tablets the world including the NHS would be a better place if we were all like him THANKS AGAIN TOBY

   Service getting slower and slower. Not only are my doctors taking longer to release a prescription but the pharmacy want three days to process it. Having moved area where items were available the same day with less staff available you’d think this process could be shortened!

   Really disappointed in this chemist. My mum has used them for over 20 years and is now struggling with dementia. I requested her tablets to be dispensed in a Dosset box so that carers can administer her tablets, but was told they are too busy to accommodate this.I have now gone elsewhere. Seems this business wants your money so long as you are an easy customer. Appalling ethics.
