Been waiting 3 days for my prescription as they had to order it in and all day on trying to call got user busy. They were supposed to call me this morning to let me know if they had got it in. Really poor customer service.
I have been advised by my GP to contact the pharmacy where I got my prescribed medication from, after experiencing a side effect. Been trying to call for 2 days and nobody answers the phone!
I visited on Friday as I was very congested after having flu. I spoke to the staff serving and explained I use another medication as ui suffer from virtigo. Sge spoke to the pharmacist and asked if I could use Sudafed with Betahistine and the pharmacist said yes I can. By Sat lunch time I was feeling nauseous then had an attack of virtigo which lasted into the night. My blood pressure went high, I had palpitations and all I could do was sleep. I've since checked and found out that Sudafed should not be used with Betahistine. We are advised to speak to a pharmacist to avoid going to the GP but honestly this experience has scared me. Today I feel much better having stopped the Sudafed and drank loads of water. My blood pressure has returned to normal.
Arrived at 9.02 first and only customer the full time I was there. Yet it still took 25 minutes for one prescription. 3rd time I asked why. They were waiting for a leaflet from the printer. Unbelievable. 3 staff stood chatting time
Hardly anything on the shelves, stood at the counter waiting for someone to come and serve. Literally could hear two people just sat talking in the back totally unaware what is happening at the front of the shop. When I asked what I needed I was shut down by ‘it’s out of stock’ and that’s it. No questions asked or alternatives offered. Do not waste your time. I would give it 0 stars but not possible

Excellent and helpful member of staff named Maggie. Sorted out my mother's prescription and took time to phone GP and call me back.
Rang up to see if they had a certain medication, the lady who answered was extremely rude, ended the conversation, pharmacy’s are suppose to be a place you can go with any problem and feel comfortable asking them questions, not be spoken to in a rude way she clearly needs to do some extra curriculum in manners!! Do not recommend anyone going to them!
Disgusting service. I visited the pharmacy for a jab. I was met by a rude staff member who muttered under a face covering. When I mentioned I couldn’t hear very well. She removed her face mask and aggressively raised her voice and tone at me. I don’t appreciate being spoken to in a patronising manner by such people. I called back to speak to a manager. However another staff member (also rude and abrupt) did not provide any information regarding the complaint procedure but instead continued to be sarcastic and rude. I do not recommend this pharmacy to anyone.
