   Very rude lady at the front desk. No manners. Will not be going here again. I am truly shocked that Boots have employed such a impolite, disrespectful person. The manager must be working blindly in the back! Donna you are clearly lacking human qualities specially in customer service.

   The lady at the counter is not very pleasant, she doesn’t even say hello or how can I help you, if you ask for something she’s like abrupt, she never smiles with the service she’s giving I’ve heard lot of people saying this about her, Amjad himself is a really lovely person done to earth and you can have a chat with him, she needs some service skills especially in a pharmacy when there are unwell people who come to collect their medications after being to the doctor

   Worker with short hair has no manners or customer service skills. The miserable cow was so rude and just had a moody face on. Needs a lesson in customer service.

   Just had my flu jab here, the staff are so lovely and friendly, I don't like needles but they are so nice they make you feel really relaxed, so friendly with other customers that came in too.
