   Very disappointed with the service at this Well Pharmacy Keighley. Four weeks ago, after my surgery, my GP sent a dressing prescription here. I informed the pharmacy on the same day, but even after visiting several times over almost a week, they hadn’t ordered it. Eventually, I had to take the prescription to another pharmacy to get it sorted. More recently, my wife’s medication (sent by GP last week) also caused unnecessary delays. Even though this pharmacy has been our nominated one for over a year, they couldn’t find her record by name or date of birth and only found it after searching by NHS number. After waiting around 20 minutes, they told me to come back later in the afternoon. On top of that, their opening hours make it very difficult for anyone working full-time (9–6) to collect prescriptions. Overall, very poor communication and service. I’m now changing to another pharmacy.

   Awful and disgusting experience here. Came at a very busy time but waited 45 minutes to be turned away and not given anything from my Dad's prescriptions where you can clearly see that he is a heart patient. Went to Asda whom gave me double of some of the medication for my Dad. Very disgusting and rude staff and I know I'm not the only one whose had a terrible experience here.

   The worst delivery service ever over 7 days for things to be delivered and in some cases longer plus several times items missing altogether. Plus their attitude on the phone is extremely disrespectful and dismissive. Am in the process of locking for a new pharmacy

   5 items owing on my 89yr old mother in laws prescription. Utter chaos. 12 people waiting for various services. Some 30 to 40 minutes. Staff didn.t know what they were doing.The prescription went to the pharmacy on the 3rd October and today 15th october still waiting for one item which they say was ordered today. Why does it take so long. Very poor service and didn.t get an apology

   Doesnt deserve a 1 star! Staff are rude and unwelcoming. Always complaining they are understaffed. Medicines are never dispensed on time...have to make frequent trips to pick up medication because its not ready and need 2 allow 10 working days. Phone line is never answered. Closing time is at 6pm but they lock doors before 5.30pm or bark at you from the tills to tell you no more service, doors are closed. Avoid for your own sanity!

   Very bad service ...rude people ...they treat customers very badly as they give command instead of politely speaking ..and they ask to wait the customer up to 30 mins..and they do nothing ..very very bad service choose another pharmacy
