   I’ve started to dread picking up prescriptions from this place. Every single time you stand waiting ages while the staff blatantly ignore you, and some of the assistants are so rude it’s unbelievable. They just can’t be bothered with customers. There really needs to be some basic customer service training, just awful.

   Through my own fault I had ran out of medication and hadn't taken it for a few days. Unfortunately I started to experience some unwanted side effects. I called Asda Pharmacy and discussed this with a female employee, she advised me of what to do. I followed her advice and eventually was able to collect an emergency supply. The two members of staff (male and female) were great, really courteous and kind. They helped me out immensely and turned the situation into a positive experience.

   One of the best Pharmacies in Leeds with brilliant staff. Why is it that people only ever seem to leave negative reviews ? It's about time people that visited this little pharmacy and received the sort of great service that I always receive when I visit them, started putting some positive reviews in to balance the books. I have been using this pharmacy for over twenty years and the staff have always been helpful, cheerful, friendly and always given me the best advice when I haven't been able to see my GP. I have just rung through to see if they have a specific medication in stock and the pharmacist even went out on to the asda shop floor to find the over-the-counter medication that I need. I would have gladly given the staff at the Asda Owlcotes pharmacy 10 if I could have, very well done to everyone and thanks from a very happy customer.

   In the beginning, God created the Asda and the pharmacy. And the pharmacy was without stock, and void; and staff shortage was upon the face of the store. And the Manager of the Store moved upon the face of the store. And God said, Let there be meds in stock: but there was no meds in stock. And God saw the store, that it was empty: and God divided the customers from the staff. And God called the day closed, and the night he called also closed. And the evening and the morning were indistinguishable because basically what I'm trying to say is that the store is shut and out of stock all the time.

   Usually good at what they do. However....they open at 0900 (allegedly) today the first member of staff turned up at 0905 and wasn't ready until 0910. I was advised I'd need to see the pharmacist if I wanted my flu jab. I was told he was 5 minutes away. He finally arrived at 0925 and, as it turned out, is not yet qualified to do the jab. So, they completely wasted almost half an hour of my time which I took off work especially for this visit. A very poor experience on this occasion.
