   Excellent service from this pharmacy today. They had an item in stock which I had failed to get from anywhere else. Not only that but they magically found my prescription on the system without me having to do anything! Samantha was a joy to deal with, kind and friendly. I shall get my prescriptions from here in future.

   Unbelievably inefficient, three times in a row prescription unavailable despite giving plenty of notice. Incredibly the item was in stock but they deemed not to dispense until Monday. Have now changed and would not use again.

   Closed on a lunchtime, closed on a Saturday, they really don’t make it easy for people. I’ve no issue with the staff, they’re all friendly and helpful, but the opening hours really aren’t good for anyone that works.

   This place has got worse and worse and worse over the years. Pharmacists turn up when they want, loads of times I've had to stand outside with 2 small kids waiting for it to open. Sam and Karen are the only nice people in there. The woman with the dark hair needs to learn how to smile. She is always miserable and moody and has terrible personal skills. They younger resistant pharmacist is the same, never once seen either smile , just rude. Last weeks trip was my last and I'll be getting prescriptions sent to another place. Bring back Sally, there was always a lovely vibe in there with her ! I'm not the only 1 star lately

   Customer focus since new pharmacist in is not ideal, I tried to purchase some aspirin due to running out of a prescription. Because I didn’t have a prescription with me and pregnant I was refused buying some which I thought Is unreasonable since can by at any other shop. I understand a pharmacist has a big responsibility but common sense should come into it? Pregnant mama now to traipse to another shop. Thanks!

   Doesnt seem to ever open on time. The pharmacist is always late and if you arrive early for a prescription seems to be an issue with this branch
