   Not very good, always making mistakes and having to ring them to sort it out. Not good when some elderly people have carers administer medication so has to have the correct days on for them to administer it. Also the pill pouches are rubbish, the dosset boxes were much better and easier for elderly people to follow correctly.

   Not helpful for people who work 12 hour shifts throughout the week and not offering sufficient weekend hours we are in the 21st century you can work on Sundays

   Terrible, I went earlier in the day to say my parent had passed away and had controlled drugs to be destroyed even though we don't use them, the district nurse informed us that all pharmacies will take them, with the lady in the afternoon said yes no problem and was very polite, however an hour or so later when i cam e back a new lady was there and said you not with us, our bins are full, I am not opening the bins as its a hazard

   Why does it take 4 days to get stock of a common product in. I didn't nominate you as my pharmacy, the surgery did which I'm cross about. We've been told you carry no stock and order everything in once the script arrives. We've had a wasted 4 mile journey to find out a script sent Friday morning from a consultation at our surgery is not ready until Tuesday!!! Atrocious service. It's not a repeat item either so doesn't apply with the 48 hour turn around rules!!
