   Always no stock. Tried to advice me to adjust my long term anxiety meds because they was having difficulty getting them in. My medication works just fine i am not tampering with it thank you. Had to leave in the end

   Extremely poor service. Never pick up the phone. Always no stock?? Defo porkies from this lot. Takes over a week to get a prescription after many visits. Vo.ted with my feet to a far better operation with 5* reviews. Not even worth 1* here

   WORST COMMUNICATION AND SERVICE. Constantly having "system issues", constantly closing for long periods of time randomly. Ridiculous prescription services. Failure to have prescriptions ready, so have to come back another day, during work hours, only for them to have a paper sign saying closed until 3.30. So that's 4 days without my meds and now I've wasted my lunch hour. Will not use again. Do not recommend. Edit. Following this debacle, I and now sat outside this branch, trying to pick up my medication, 25 minutes before they are due to close and they have pulled the shutters down.

   terrible service . ringing them for almost 2 hours constantly no answer. prescription ran out and was due last week ...used to get a text to advise when was ready but not now...come to collect now and massive queus.prescriptions not ready ( not just mine) what has happened to Boots! Will be changing pharmacists

   As far as pharmacies go it's fine, good service, polite staff. However, on two occasions over the past few months, I've been to collect prescriptions, their computer systems have been down. This has been very inconvenient, in that, two crucial medications I need I haven't been able to collect. On return a few hours later, I've literally had to plead with the assistant to manually look for my prescription which they did, thankfully. It was explained to me that the company was using new software to run the system, which had been crashing. Boots, come on guys you need a better plan B for situations like this.

   Really slow service. I went in to collect 2 prescriptions. The one I ordered a week ago wasnt done and the one from 2 days before was ready. So had to wait nearly 20 mins for 2 items. They also use a spirit based cleaner for wiping shelves and its really bad for setting off an asthma attack for me, I had to wait outside due to the fumes. I have told them about it but dont seem to care.

   Do not use this chemist, they are a national chain, my 82 year old mother sent a prescription in on Thursday last week for 6 items taken every 28 days, my 85 year old dad went to collect them this morning, to be given 1 of the 6 and advised to go to other chemists to get the missing items as they can't help, Boots and this branch should be ashamed of themselves, as my mother is not out of vital daily medication, they now have to check local chemists to see if they can fulfill the missing items (is this not your job?) please people stay away from this branch. Have you not heard of demand forecasting in your business, if a patient gets the same medication every 28 days you should have this on preorder for the following months prescription. Very poor service and extremely disappointing customer care. You have let down the Boots brand.
