   Absolutely fed up with this chemist. I usually get my medication put into the machine outside but almost every occasion they phone me up and say it doesn't fit. My reply is have they just been thrown in a bag and not stacked in the bag? Reluctantly they stack the meds properly and it fits into the machine. Just before Christmas I get a call saying they can't fit into the machine. The woman assistant was not going to restack them properly she would rather I take my custom elsewhere. I had to do without my medication over Christmas because of this issue thats why I need the machine. I also have had medication missing in the past and I have been told to take the bag it came with back to the chemist because they didn't believe me. I refused. Minutes later they call me back and tell me. They now know what happened. No apology. I just find them arrogant and unhelpful. I will mention this to my doctor.

   I have finally had it with this chemist they are absolutely useless I use very strong medications and every month is the same, either they don't have them in stock or they never received my prescription,s and or they only have half of the prescription, so rather than delivering what they do have they decide not to deliver any of it. I can't get to the chemist myself as I can't drive anymore, then to top it off this morning my doctor sent a prescription for antibiotics this was at roughly 8.30 this morning and when my husband went to collect them we left it a couple of hours but they didn't have any in stock.and Wii not have them until tomorrow, I just prey they do have them tomorrow i have never in my life have I ever had to wait for antibiotics you don't get prescribed them unless you really need them to stop the infection. I will definitely be changing my pharmacy now as I have had another

   1 star for the few polite staff at Pharmacy Wise Heckmondwike but unfortunately are over shadowed by new uneducated impolite staff that need an induction course in customer care, I also recommend to read the sign above their heads about respect. My wife called in to pick a prescription up and then subjected to patronising comments and spoke to like a child, we have used this pharmacy for a lot of years but will not again. Extremely disappointed.

   Shocking service - or for the better word, the lack of it. When I arrived there was 3-4 customers already waiting but they all got their stuff within a few minutes. Then it was only me in the waiting area and I am NOT joking - the two women in the reception just kept avoiding eye contact or anything to acknockledge I was standing there with ,my prescription in hand. These two just did everything else BUT looking at me and carried on with their other duties.I got furious and left and got served next door at the Morrison's Well Pharmacy without an issue. Definitely wanted to leave a review and will report it too. Unacceptable!

   Far from impressed. Had prescription sent through to them Saturday, so should have been ready for collection by Tuesday, Wednesday the very latest. Had to ring them on Thursday morning to find out if ready, only to be told that out of stock and don't know if or when in stock. Had to ring another pharmacy and mess about getting it from there. This is medication that I should have already been taking.

   i moved chemist after having such a bad time with getting my prescription sort from well pharmacy next to morrisons, i had enough and moved. the last 2 times ive used rolands has been ok but now im wondering, ive tried to get through by phone, engaged all afternoon, probly set for silent. i need regular meds with out breaks or i will take 1 massive step backwards so my comments will reflect how stressed if feel and angry people play with other people lives so easly

   I'm normally very reluctant not to write negative reviews, however, l have been customer at Rowlands for some years now, and feel highly qualified to comment. Once a routinely efficient business, It has now become a joke in our family. No one wants to be the one to collect the prescriptions. Prescriptions are never ready on time (even when handed in a week before). Often the contents are wrong, or items are missing. Sometimes the prescription is missing altogether. It is increasingly possible to spend 30 minutes in a que only to be told to come back later Last time my medication was due I counted 19 people in the shop, many of the ones in front of me asked for their prescriptions. back and went elsewhere. If anyone at Rowlands is reading this, it is obvious to all your customers that there is a serious problem with the way the the shop is run. Like many other people, I don't have the time or the patience to shop with you any longer, and have moved my business elsewhere. Paul Lawton
