I went on a Sunday for cocodamol. Both girls looked at me like I was poo under their shoe. I was talking and she just kept talking over me. Yes asking if ad had them before and if I was on other meds. Poor customer service. Supposed to listen.
Was stood there for a good 5 minutes and even when they had dealt with the people in front of me the staff just ignored me. I had booked a flu jab as requested by my GP but they refused to administer it. They are not doctors but thought they knew better than my GP. Very poor service.
Very impressed with the service this evening. Seen quickly with compassionate and efficient care by pharmacist. Pharmacy First worked very well- would recommend
They're always really helpful if you have any questions about medication, contraindications, who to contact and how if you need to speak with an alternative provider etc. Plus their opening hours are lengthy, which is useful if you work long/odd hours.
The pharmacy part of the surgery is too small and everyone is shuffling around each other. It felt like I was standing for ETERNITY in a shed. 6 staff, and still the absolute slowest. Grateful for the meds, but my goodness I wish I'd gone elsewhere. Never again.
Always open, staff really helpful. Way better than the others in Cleck. Only down side is no dedicated waiting area so it's very crowded and confusing
Not visually beautiful nor loaded with marketing and random things to buy you didn't come looking for in the first place. But very efficient, kind staff. Get prescriptions sorted fast.
Customer service just like expected,, quick service prescription ready on time.
They need to gossip less and work more, more so when 3 or to 5 members of staff are looking at you but refuse to serve you because they are too busy gossiping. And some don't understand English very well and don't understand what we are saying, all off which is very frustrating.
Absolutely appauling servive. Took a prescription in and checked that it would be ready next day as it was urgent and was assured it would be. Returned to collect to be told they had 'been sent' the wrong item and i would.have to wait untill after the weekend. Despite the fact that the dressing wouldve been suitable the arrogant, rude woman serving refused to allow me to take any of my items. The service here is always poor, to the point where the staff have covered the window with paper so people cant see them messing about and acting like children.
