   Wow. This pharmacy always manages to disappoint. Should be embarrassed to be carrying the Boots brand! Me and my wife booked online for our flu jabs earlier today. Both of us finished work early especially to get there for our 4.40pm appointment. When we arrived, to our dismay we were told the pharmacist who was administering the flu jabs wasn’t in today!!! Upon checking her system the counter could clearly see the booking but couldn’t tell us why no one was there to give us our flu jabs and apologised. Frustratingly this boots pharmacy is our most convenient but their already bad service is deteriorating fast. Do yourself a favour and don’t book any flu jabs and get your prescriptions elsewhere. Rest assured we will now be changing all our and our families prescriptions to another chemist. Hang your head in shame Boots Horton Bank!!!

   It's so difficult to get through on the phone to these people. Hours, ringing snd ringing. Never experienced a pharmacy that has such ridiculous phone wait times. Eventually spoke to someone called Sireena recently about a prescription for an elderly relative. She was absolutely the most rudest pharmacy 'professional' I have encountered. After reading others reviews avoid this pharmacy if you do not want to be verbally abused by Sireena

   I ordered something online for click and collect and filled out the questionnaire and everything and it got approved by the online pharmacy and sent to store for collection, when I got to the store they refused to give me the package saying they don’t think I would be suitable for the medication The people working there are absolutely clueless and this location needs to be shut down Hang on a second? I thought they weren’t meant to know what was in the box, it was a sensitive product I had ordered for myself so how could they have known whether it was suitable for me or not, on the website it said it was discreet. Evidently not. Either way they refused to give me the package so I just left the store.

   Terrible pharmacy and terrible customer service. Have been extremely awkward with a lot of my prescriptions and even refused to give me medication! Changed pharmacies now and have a much better experience. Would not recommend to anyone.

   Brilliant service. I've seen more rude patients there than staff..in fact the staff have put up with a lot of abuse. Yes they chat while they work which is fine with me. I think people need to stop putting their own frustration out on a service which is there to help you.

   Terrible service. Had my 4 year olds prescription for 10 days and when chasing it to be told they didn't recieve it and it had gone to another pharmacy! Bearing in mind these were my nominated and do my sons prescription every month. By this time he was VERY low on his epilepsy medication and no pharmacy could get it as the manufacturer was out of stock!! If they'd of contacted me earlier maybe something could of been done sooner rather than leaving it unacknowledged and my poor child nearly having to go without!! Safe to say I've now changed my nominated pharmacy and will not be using them again.

   Staff are wonderful and helpful when you are there and they are clearly very busy. But hardly anyone ever answers the phone otherwise can’t fault.

   This pharmacy has the rudest set of staff I have ever known. There is not a single one of them with any manners. It is disgusting that they all find acceptable to stand behind the hidden counter chatting and laughing while people are stood waiting. Today was the final straw.. the young girl in there disappeared to the hidden side of the store to get my prescription, and started shouting something that I couldn't make out, I asked her to repeat as I couldn't hear her and she literally started shouting. When I answered her, she then asked me to repeat.. very rudely.. what I had said. When she finally brought out my prescription, she then said name and address, very curtly... and then asked why I was exempt... I picked up my prescription and walked out. The staff in that place are disgusting. I have now changed where I will be picking up in future. They need some customer service training.
