“We booked an apartment with Serenity apartments Sept 3rd and 4th. When initially booking, staff were very helpful over the phone and after booking, they contacted rapidly with details of booking. The apartment was lovely, had a jacuzzi, shower, tv with apps and a kitchen with all the ammenities needed. Very clean place and the staff were attentive with any help or enquiries. We were recommended some nice food places too. No disruptions, quiet and very cosy. We would definitely stay here again! A well--spent weekend.”

“Great place, nice presentation of the historic growth of Bradford and the way the industrial revolution helped it to develop and be what it is now. Unfortunately I guess there was no plan how to continue keeping their production and the outcome of that is evident in the way the city is now. Is there a chance for that to be redeveloped or create a new products that will bring life back here again.”

“Just wanted to extend my gratitude to Shuaib, his wife and the rest of the travel team at Newcastle Travel and Tours. We did Umrah with these guys and they were great, I can't recommend them enough. Shuaib was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and approachable guiding the men's group and teaching us along the way. My wife said much the same for the womens group leader. Most of the days were planned and structured with clear instructions and guidance for everyone as to when and where to meet, there is so much to see and learn with these guys, I enjoyed every moment of it. The only negative for me was I didn't book a long enough stay. Inshallah we will be going again with Newcastle Travel and Tours in the future for a longer stay next time. Jazakallah”

“hi all .....we had a holiday booked with Stephen and the team and waited 7 months to go on the 3rd Sept 2024 unfortunately they rung us a week or so .. before we were due to go saying that there was going to be severe emergency road works going to begin out side our hotel in Benidorm .... and the company we booked with new it may ruin our holiday ........and went the extra mile to offer us fresh accommodation ( different hotel ) or a full refund ........we could not decide on the rite hotel ....so went for the full refund just short of £3.000 Lisa organised the whole thing including sending a cover letter to our holiday insurance provider witch also got us a full refund .... the service and constant communication from Stephen Howard travel by phone and e.mail was five star .... what with the excellent service we had on our 2004 med cruise we will be going back to book our Cruise and stay 2025 holiday ...thank you so much Stephen and the team specially LISA MICK +GILL”
