Absolutely brilliant service. Nikki was so helpful checking all options to pull together the holiday package we wanted. She took time to understand what was important for us and pulled the perfect holiday together cheaper than we had found it online. The other ladies in the branch were also super helpful. Finally the expert knowledge in this store, with Hannah sharing her own experiences was second to none. Will definitely book future holidays here and will recommend to family and friends.

I was sold a holiday to Egypt, by Sascha Maycock In Halifax. A clean, and inviting shop. Friendly staff, Sascha Maycock made me feel very welcomed and comfortable. She explained everything perfectly, and for someone with Autism that she was unaware of, her natural friendly manner made me feel safe and well looked after from the beginning. My holiday is booked for September 2022, and will update my review accordingly after the holiday to reflect the complete experience. But thus far, I'm very happy and have no concerns.
