The advertised rate for Euros in the window was 1.135. To click and collect it was 1.145 for my required amount so I went in and bought my Euros. Arrived home & my receipt said 1.07. This is a huge difference..I said no to the buy back guarantee so I expected the advertised rate. Beware.

Spoke on the phone and the lady was quite unhelpful. Was a touch of rudeness to the tone of her voice. Was enquiring for a friend, nothing that needed security info just general info about their products and was unhelpful will use Huddersfield branch instead
Went on Tuesday 19th September to finalise details for our cruise. Emma was just brilliant. 3 ladies going on a cruise and needed to make sure.we were booked in for meals and shows. Emma had so much patience with us. She wrote everything down for so we could look back on what we had booked. Nothing was to much trouble for her. She certainly is a valuable member of staff. Just been down this morning to book another holiday,successfully sorted. Rachael is marvellous very helpful and patient it took over an hour to sort us out, we couldn't get where we wanted , so we changed location, this travel agency needs a reward for all their care and service.All the staff have the same caring attitude very rare these days, well done.
Rachel has been quite simply brilliant with supporting us with our booking and some minor complications after with the actual airline ( Emirates ). I cannot recommend her enough and wish everyone applied the same level of care, as Rachel!
