We have just returned from the most amazing holiday to South Africa arranged for us by Tivoli Travel. Everything from beginning to end ran like clockwork, without any glitches. Been ages since we last went into a travel agents - the joys of the internet!! - but we were booking a cruise for the first time and had no idea what the websites/brochures were telling us. Went into Tivoli Travel in Mirfield and Jo took us through the process step by step and we made the booking on the same visit. Terrific process and a thoroughly enjoyable experience.
