“I photographed a beautiful wedding at Sheffield Town Hall. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. They were really friendly with the couples young child and other children at the wedding. When the married couple came out, they got to walk straight into the gorgeous Peace Gardens for photographs. I'd highly recommend this as an extra special register office! Katie Byram Photography.”

“We had a great stay at the Ibis Budget. For a budget hotel, the rooms were great, with good bathrooms. Lovely bar area. Good food and drink. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Good location for everything we wanted to do. The Moor car park is a little bit of a walk with luggage but we brought the car to the back of the hotel which made it easy. Thanks to all the team.”

“My train was delayed for an hour yesterday! I'd heard about the pub from a friend but not been in, so thoight id give it a go not expecting much. I loved the amazing selection of non alcoholic beers. I had a delicious lager. The decor is fab, classic pub vibes and the fact you're literally on the platform means when your train finally does arrive you're very unlikely to miss it. I only had a drink so cannot vouch for food.”

“I had a great experience at the Royal Victoria, so far the best (chain) hotel I've stayed at in Sheffield. The staff were professional and friendly, and whilst the lobby are and hallways are showing their age a little, the room was absolutely lovely. It was well-equipped and modern, as well as light and airy (we had a corner room). One note: it is located on top of a very busy road, and though the windows are quite good at blocking the noise, if you're a light sleeper then perhaps bring earplugs to be on the safe side. I had some with me but forgot to put them in and still slept great. The advantage is that you're within 15mins walk of the train station, and the same distance from Kelham Island and the city centre!”

Met with Natasha, who was so lovely can I add, and she went through various places, as well as gave recommendations of stuff to do and areas that go with what we wanted to do. Had an amazing experience and ended up booking a very amazing trip for our honeymoon! The deal was incredible. And Natasha made it so easy and comfortable to get exactly what we want!! Would highly recommend the store after not having as good of an experience for our honeymoon holiday elsewhere. And a big part of that was Natasha!”

“Me and my partner stayed here for 2 nights while we visited family as we have come from the Lake District and we could not have asked for a better experience! The receptionist was very smiley and welcomed us with nothing but a positive attitude! On the second night we had a little issue with the key card but a new receptionist was very helpful and sorted the issue within no time. We were absolutely delighted with the room, very clean! Delivery driver was extremely honest and came back when I gave him two 20s that were stuck together and I hadn't noticed so we are extremely grateful for that. “Magic Merlin was brilliant at our recent Circus Fun Day at school. His communication with me from the start was excellent, he arrived promptly on the day and was very organised. He was friendly and incredibly flexible- he just went with the flow and offered to stay longer too. The children (and staff/parent helpers) absolutely loved the magic show and his circus skills went down really well with the kids too. I would highly recommend Magic Merlin- he really helped to make our circus fun day extra special.”
