   I used to pop in quite regularly for my grandson as he's very fond of Trespass. It's a shame to say but there's a new manager now who’s terribly rude, always glued to his mobile phone and not the least bit interested in helping customers. It’s put me right off to be honest. A real pity as the rest of the staff have always been very pleasant. Sadly, I won’t be returning.

   I bought Trespass Trek 85 rucksack from the store down the Moor in Sheffield. The store manager Rebecca was really helpful, without being pushy, excellent customer service!. There was a sale and there was really good discount. I had been in Blacks across the road, but they were much more expensive. So I feel I have have got a real bargain and had a positive interaction with nice people, which you would not get buying on the internet! Will go there again.
