   Came into store on Sunday had a £20. gift card from Christmas I don’t get to personal shop very often found a lovely pair of jeans 29.99 so didn’t mind putting the extra towards I have a blue light card I asked if the store accepts them unknowing to me it had ran out of date she was very rude as she explained I couldn’t use it was clear I am a carer I had my uniform name badge etc

   Usually shop at New Look all the time, but this store in particular was rather messy and unorganised with rails/clothing all over the place. We couldn't find any staff and ended up just leaving the clothes we picked up. I will carry on shopping at new look, but just not this store specifically.

   Nothing wrong with this place other than the wife takes ages browsing in the shop clothes shopping, if she was in and out I would score it a 5 star the wife on the other hand scores it 100% brilliant so work it out peeps.

   Nice shop but owners should look round and see the size of people today not many under size14 all sales goods are sizes very very small.
