When I dropped it off they told me that they probably wouldn't be able to save the pandora lettering on the inside of it because there wasn't much room but I said I didn't mind if they were removed. However I'm very pleased that its still there and my ring now fits perfectly! And it was ready for collection before they said it would be! (Would not recommend), Was resized wrong twice, the shank was so thin you could squish it flat and was in disgusting condition. They offered to repair it for a very decent price. Very very impressed with the quality of the repairs done. I would highly recommend this place for resizement and ring repairs.”
