Today I went in after a bad day of my phone breaking and no one being able to fix it. I was helped to the fullest to get a phone in my budget, I did have to go back with it (personal problem) and was helped by a very kind, understanding and helpful worker I want to say his name was jerry I'm so bad with names. “I came to the Manchester branch of Prestige Pawnbrokers for the first time today. I didn't know what to expect as I've never sold anything before & didn't know if id get ripped off or not. I was seen by Leanne and she was so lovely & honest & explained every step of the way what she was doing.
