   Do not use. They undervalue your items on pawn. Then do everything possible so you don't get it back on time. They make excuses like you need to bring in your identity. Or the systems down. When you get one day late on buyback they say the items been sent away. I advise you rather use the Burnley store

   Fantastic experience here today. First point all the staff here were friendly, helpful & seemed to have a really great product knowledge and enthusiasm towards serving customers. I came to view a mountain bike I had seen online and the guy showed me the bike, showed me the other similar bikes he had and explained loads of things about the different bikes. I took a test ride (leaving security) and the bike was fully working, tyres good, ready to ride out of the shop so I bought it. Whilst here I enquired about selling a classic guitar amp that was taking up my space and got a really fair and decent quote so I sold it. And, so help me god, on my way out I spotted a PS5 bnib for the best price I have seen. Would have felt rude not buying it.
