Very disappointing experience. The staff were rude, ignored me, and acted disrespectfully throughout my visit. At no point did they make any effort to communicate properly or offer basic customer service. I left feeling uncomfortable and undervalued as a customer. This kind of behaviour is unacceptable for any business, especially one that deals with people who may already be under stress. I hope management takes this seriously, because no customer should be treated this way.

The Store manager phoned me today with a complete unnecessary attitude problem despite previously spending thousands in this store. I Was in September 2021 for what was my second high end purchase, spending in excess of £8k and I wasn’t prepared to deal with her back then due to altercations on my first visit when I spent over £5k More recently I reserved a third watch to view over Christmas 22 and due to bank holidays etc they had only held it for 3 working days when received a phone call asking if/when I was coming to view or buy. She then started shouting over me and being utterly disrespectful. This level of service is completely unacceptable when their business is trading high end jewellery. Previous comment on here about the store manager is absolutely relatable, warranted and valid given that their customers are trading in huge, thousands of pound transactions and we’re being treated like we’re second class citizens. This is an absolute disgrace! I’m a genuine customer and can hopefully buy the watch to add to my collection but I’m not prepared to be treated with such abruptness and disregard

Used a couple of times now. Cannot fault at all. Staff are really helpful and honest. The company is open and honest in all their dealings with you. Super simple and easy process for their buy back and also for their cash loans. Great range of watches and jewellery and if they havent got what you need in store they can search nationally for you and have delivered to store. Fantastic shop to use, 5 stars from me!!!
