   Me and my partner come here alot, either to buy or sell. Always greated with highest professionalism and friendliness, get on well with all the workers. Today I went in after a bad day of my phone breaking and no one being able to fix it. I was helped to the fullest to get a phone in my budget, I did have to go back with it (personal problem) and was helped by a very kind, understanding and helpful worker I want to say his name was jerry I'm so bad with names. He spent quite a while helping me find a suited phone and sort out the other phone so I can get it swapped over. A can not thank you enough all of you for just giving me a little light on my bad day. Highly recommend this shops, always full of interesting things and for sure one of the best second hand shops I have been in!!

   Came in today to figure out an issue I had with a laptop I purchased from them a few months prior. Jack (I hope I got the name right) immediately came to help. Spent so, so much time and effort looking into what the issue could be and immediately highlighting solutions I could go forward with. He went out of his way to look for replacement laptops that had the specs I required, ports I needed and offered genuine advice going forward after we found a great replacement. Honestly, all of my experiences here have been absolutely wonderful. The staff are incredibly kind and genuinely want to help where they can, and today that was Jack! So thank you very, very much!

   I have sold various items here and have dealt with almost all of the staff at some point. I can not fault anything as every one of them has been helpful, pleasant and polite. They are a friendly team who will give you the best price possible. I will definitely be using Cash converters Preston again and can't recommend them highly enough!!!

   I went into store today 24/11/22. U was met by Chris who was absaloutly magnificent and super helpful. Helped me pick a phone suitable for me and my financial situation. Then Tracy helped me make payment, wonderful experience cannot fault staff. I will defiantly be shopping here again!

   Always give a very competitive price. Staff are very friendly, welcoming and appreciative, particularly Gage. It's never just about the transaction as we often have a chat about all things tech when visiting. They are always my first point of call when I'm looking to recycle/sell items...HIGHLY recommended!!!

   Came into store to sell a phone, was served by a member of staff called Gage. He was very polite and friendly which made me feel very welcome for my first time. I was happy with the price I got for my iPhone and i will definitely be returning with more items. He also explained other services, such as pawnbroking which I never knew the store did.
