Do not buy eletronics from here although there is a many good reviews in comparison to bad most eletronics are faulty had this experience with two items and they do not allow an instant right to refund in the first 30 days or a right to reject the item which is to what I've seen on the internet illegal.

I took my son to this store today to trade in one of his many guitars for one they had in stock. Aiden dealt with the transaction and he really helped with explaining the process and it was also very helpful that he had a good knowledge of musical instruments. My son is autistic and very introverted meaning he can be quite uncomfortable around strangers, he felt at ease when talking with Aiden, which as a parent, was really good to see. Thank you for making this "average" experience something very positive for my son. I also think they offered a very reasonable price for the guitar and amp he traded for the new guitar. Bought a Bluetooth speaker it didn't work when I got home with it, took it back got served by jade she was so polite and friendly she helped me pick out another speaker which was a bit more expensive only £1 which I was more than happy to pay but jade matched the price for me and didn't charge me I know it's only £1 but it is small gestures like this that makes you go away happy I will definitely be going back there again
Someone said the place smells and there's old stuff. Allow me to correct such affirmation. They have everything from old tech to brand new tech items such as drones, PS and XBOX, Al sorts of phones , TVs and laptops, plus tons of other stuff. Staff is friendly, it's possible to evaluate your item online so you don't have to go there personally, and if price is alright you can go straight to bug it sell the item. Very efficient. The store is actually very clean and tidy, and it doesn't smell bad. Actually, doesn't smell of anything, Defo nothing bad. Maybe the guy who said it smells in ship was inside when there were some of them homeless folks that often go there to sell stuff. So maybe that was the smell. But the store itself is clean and tidy. A very nice shopping experience. I am definitely recommending it to everyone looking after a good second hand deal, for anything from phones to power tools to TV, laptops, bikes, gold, wrist watches and all sorts of random bits. There is also s section with broken or faulty tech and you can get replacement parts from there extremely cheap. They also sell plant growing related stuff, very cheap and good quality, from lighting to Al sorts of equipment. Defo recommend!!! Soso212.
What a nice friendly store. In particular, I found Haley’s advice really useful. You can tell she really cares about what she does. It’s well looked after and organised perfectly around our current epidemic to look after it’s customers. My family found it a great way to part with an unwanted gift recently rather than having to advertise and put up with people coming to our home. Would defo recommend. Well done Barnsley store.
