When I dropped it off they told me that they probably wouldn't be able to save the pandora lettering on the inside of it because there wasn't much room but I said I didn't mind if they were removed. However I'm very pleased that its still there and my ring now fits perfectly! And it was ready for collection before they said it would be! “Needed a custom ring expanding by 4 sizes, the job they did was beyond amazing. Returned in like new condition, and I can't express the joy upon retrieving it. Their customer service is top notch and their craftsmanship is beyond question in my eyes. I cannot see where they altered it which if you look at the attached picture is no easy feat (was originally a pair of rings, significantly altered into one ring) They have a customer for life and that's no exaggeration.”

(Would not recommend), Was resized wrong twice, the shank was so thin you could squish it flat and was in disgusting condition. They offered to repair it for a very decent price. Very very impressed with the quality of the repairs done. I would highly recommend this place for resizement and ring repairs.”

We had a party for our 40th anniversary and I was quite saddened that I was unable to show my family and friends the new ring. I took the ring in today and felt quite emotional.
