   ​So, I finally decided to upgrade my tech a few months ago. I was specifically hunting for an iPhone, and honestly, the energy in the shop was such a pleasant surprise. ​The staff were actually incredible. Kasper is a total star—he managed to hunt down an iPhone 13 that was perfectly within my budget at £240. Then there was Andy (the manager, I’m guessing?). He was lovely; I asked if he could do anything on the price so I could grab a matching case, and he dropped it to £230 without a second thought. Total legend. ​I also chatted with Liam, who was a bit quiet at first, but once he opened up, he was genuinely hilarious. ​The only "meh" part of the trip was this other guy, Mark. Big guy, but he had this massive "better-than-you" attitude that felt super snobby. It didn’t ruin the trip, but he definitely wasn't matching the rest of the team's vibe. ​Overall though? Great experience. I walked out with a great phone and enough left over for a coffee and a case.

   I purchased a laptop on April 2022 . A few months later the screen developed a fault. Please note the laptop was still under the warranty. At first the shop denied that they had any responsibility and told me to repair it at my own cost. Clearly the store has shown that any warranty claims are purely upon their description, essentially meaning a warranty is meaningless and not a legal obligation as described by Consumer act right 2015. It seems they don't believe they are obliged to follow the law or offer appropriate customer service to their customers; they can do whatever they want. Without any proof on their side they rejected an independent report regarding the nature of the fault. After their assessment they shipped faulty items back to me and closed the case at their end. The Rotherham shop has failed to respond to my query to a satisfactory level, making me pay for repair and all the additional expenses. The shop has hidden itself behind its own interpretation of the Consumer Rights Act. They don't have responsibility for "after sale care" and accused me of causing damage which is a false not to mention convenient. It is also totally contrary to the investigation carried out by an independent expert. I offered the shop a number of chances to rectify the situation, however they failed to do so.

   I’ve always been cautious buying things here but recently bought a iPad Pro for a steal of a price and it’s been brilliant, if I’m been honest I would be careful here as it’s like finding a needle in a haystack with a deal here But the shop is clean and well kept and the staff are always brilliant so can’t fault them
