   Rotherham CeX is the worse, took my AirPods in today and the women that served me was stuck up and rude said my item was fake without checking the AirPods she just said the serial number isn’t real then I decide to do research with apple and they verified that they are real the problem wasn’t that she got it wrong but how rude and unfriendly she was. Wouldn’t recommend coming here go to a different CeX if you need to buy and sell

   Always a issue with something you bring in they refused my controller cause of a little sticker. So had to trade in with buying one losing out on money .... plus 50% off the staff are fair and decent and the other 50% are just all out rude and have no customer service

   Everytime I've taken something here there's always a slight fault with something. Even though I test them to make sure they're fine . And the products that eventually seem okay they offer a shocking amount on it. Not what's advertised on app.. won't be going there again. Surprised cex hasn't shut down. Infact took some cameras and they said nah we don't do these and when I showed them on app they went nah they're different ones. THEYRE THE SAME! Don't use cex, crap.

   so went in the store with my partner to sell some items and the gent was already putting my games into plastic sleeves even though a price wasn't agreed at all. So they basically made the assumption that I was going to agree with the price given. Was also told that any hardware would take upto 3 days to "test" when it was a gameboy colour which is battery powered... and the same with a SD memory card which would take 3 days to "test". Will never be selling to cex unless really desperate for the money

   I REALLY need my money for the products I sold you guys yesterday. You can't seem to be reached in any way. Okay, so I already filed a complaint against you guys with the Rotherham Council. Okay, the police is next I guess...The only problem is that I should have been paid two days ago, not make any enquiries and wait two days for a one response a day reply. This was one of the worst experiences of my life and the first time in my life I had to report someone robbing me and being too incompetent/indifferent to even bother to do their job. What kind of pawn shop takes days to even pay you for something usually done by any other shop on the spot?

   This shop is a joke, desperate people go here and cex prey on desperate people. If you feel the need to go sell a game for pence that they're going to sell for £s this should highlight your being ripped off.

   Very disappointed. Small selection but most importantly they charged me more than what was on the site for a ddr4. They charged me £18 althout on the website was £14. Not cool, next time ordering online.

   They have a very wide range of items phones, tablets, laptops and other gadgets but they are very expensive. The staff won't even allow you to touch or operate the gadget until you pay. No testing and once you pay, you can't get refunds back except voucher.

   CEX in Rotherham is brilliant. My autistic son really loves this place as he has a special interest in gaming, technology and retro gaming. The staff are brilliant and have tons of patience with him. Everything we have bought has been in great condition
