“Me and my partner came here to see what it was like since we both have interests in geeky/nerdy stuff. Honestly it's such a nice place to spend a few hours. We were welcomed without it being in your face and the staff are just really friendly and are more than willing to help you get started in anything you might have had some interest in, but been too intimidated to start. We had a coffee and played some of the stacks of games they have available for you to play, and then bought my first pack of Magic The Gathering cards! it was so fun and we'll definitely be coming back!”

“Lyndon - an employer who works there helped me and my mum put together a coffee table as we had to return it twice in the same day due to the screws not working properly as they did not fit or connect properly, he swiftly noticed this and agreed the screws were at fault and nothing we had done wrong. We really needed the table but instead of us taking back another one, he fitted it together for us so we didn’t have to struggle which really made our day. He was so kind and thoughtful, the quality of service was amazing, so amazing we had to leave feedback and review. Thanks Lyndon from Parkgate, Rotherham Argos, you’re a wonderful employee!!”

“I use this one 2-3 times per week for basics. Good selection. Occasionally an item with little choice, eg Cuppa soups (not that I have them often) they have just two flavours. Generally, good all rounder for food.”

I found bargains galore; I managed to purchase two pairs of roller skates for my daughter's. They loved them. “Massive thank you to (forgive me if i spell his name wrong) but Walled in currys. You helped me and my brother today in the shop outstandingly and got us exactly what we wanted! Just wanted to also say to the whole of parkgate do better for your staff parking/safety, as whilst we was there was 16 year olds tried repeatedly (second day going) attempted to steal Walleds motorbike! Absolutely not on he is earning a living and he had to run out the shop to get his bike back. Someone else’s bike was also tampered with and just dumped on the floor. Takes the mick and staff should be supported appropriately and provided safer facilities to park up without bother. The fact this is 2 days running is appalling.”
