“Lyndon - an employer who works there helped me and my mum put together a coffee table as we had to return it twice in the same day due to the screws not working properly as they did not fit or connect properly, he swiftly noticed this and agreed the screws were at fault and nothing we had done wrong. We really needed the table but instead of us taking back another one, he fitted it together for us so we didn’t have to struggle which really made our day. “Me and my partner came here to see what it was like since we both have interests in geeky/nerdy stuff. Honestly it's such a nice place to spend a few hours. We were welcomed without it being in your face and the staff are just really friendly and are more than willing to help you get started in anything you might have had some interest in, but been too intimidated to start. We had a coffee and played some of the stacks of games they have available for you to play, and then bought my first pack of Magic The Gathering cards! it was so fun and we'll definitely be coming back!”
