“Absolutely wonderful customer service, took my laptop in to get password bypassed and was desperate for a meeting I had at 3pm the same day, all other repair shops in Alloa. Said it would take hours and they would need to wipe all of my laptop and it would cost £50 plus and may not be ready until the next day!!!! This gentleman fixed it in 2jpurs and was very reasonably priced, absolutely cannot recommend him highly enough I will definitely use him again Top of his game”

“Went into the Newcraighall store today, on the off chance and because I was passing. I ordered online on Sunday night. I’d had no email confirmation, had no order number, but I could see the transaction on my credit card statement. Anyway, it’s a birthday present for my son and was worried. I’m taking the time to write this because the assistant, Rhonda, was outstanding. It wasn’t even that store but she went above and beyond. I left feeling two things, really relieved that the issue was sorted (and it was- parcel picked up at Meadowbank earlier) and sure that I’d be using Argos (especially the Fort) again. What a nice, competent, helpful woman. ⭐”
