I bought a laptop online, and I went to pick it up after a few days without any problem. The staff was very helpful, even though I paid in cash with lots of 5 pound notes. Sorry.
First off all they need to know what customers service is all about or be retrained. Unfortunately my experience wasn't that pleasant the 1.staff rude not flexible to engage with customer or help them. 2.Very slow and rude as well. In My case I had to come 3 times to collect my items that. Apparently they didn't proceed correctly my Argos card and I've lost my items . And I had to reorder them again but the problem is that the items that i wanted were on promotion and the second time when I ordered them the promotion expired plus I shipping. Not recommend this shop the are unprofessional
Awful! They promote a 30-day return policy with proof of purchase but don't honor it. If you open the box (and how would you tell if something is good enough without opening it), they don't take it back. This important detail is hidden on the back of the receipt, unlike the big signs on the wall and what the salespeople tell you. And don't bother contacting them online - they just don't care. I wanted to give a local company my business but they convinced me to just shop at Amazon instead.
Telling me that I cannot see an item before paying for it, because they are too busy is exceptionally bad customer service. One should always be able to have a look before buying in a store. A minute later two employees were standing around talking casually. Didn't seem overly stressed to me. Sad, because the day before the service was actually very good.
Store was very quiet but it took a long time for the parcel to be handed over. Not just mine the others waited over 10 minutes. Midday on a Monday so likely lower staff count, but not really acceptable.
The manager/ assistant manager has shockingly poor customer service skills. I found her very rude. although initially being allowed a refund, she then changed her mind and tried to not give me refund me. Honestly think they should treat customers with more respect and etiquette.
