   Just had a really upsetting experience at this store. My grandfather had a lovely set of frying pans that have seen better days but they hold great sentimental value. Basically got laughed out of the shop and told there was nothing they could do they were just a shop and offered to recycle them. I would avoid as customer service lacking to say the least.

   Great little shop in the city centre. Friendly staff, especially Ewan. There's always great offers on every time I go in and they always have stock of a variety of colours. Le Creuset is a brand worth investing in and I love that I can pop to my local store to browse and buy. Canvas carrier bags come with every purchase which is an added bonus.
