“I love this store very much. Every time I visit a new city, I always go to an oriental store to buy something like that. And here in my city there is a store that is a 30-minute walk! I am a big fan of oriental culture and here I get something that can spice up my dishes if I want to cook something in an Asian style. It sells cutlery, chopsticks, bowls, various types of noodles, sweets, all ingredients for bubble tea, seasonings and spices, in general, everything that can be useful to you even for cooking your usual dishes.”

A man named Chris spoke to us, gave us advice on how to get an online purchase, then attempted to order our item for us in store. He arranged for the item to be delivered to my house saving me the hassle of trying to do online stuff. Very grateful to him, I believe he went above and beyond! He certainly didnt reflect his Grumpy Elf tshirt! Longton staff, shame on you.”

“Went to the store yesterday with an issue and lady at the till was very polite and helpful she was breath of fresh air. The lady at the till had to go speak to the manager (Anna) with my case and the pair went extra mile and was very pleased with the service I received.
