Lovely charity shop, my favourite in Leek! Great Selection of items including some really nice pieces of furniture - all at good reasonable prices. All the staff are super friendly and helpful.
THE STAFF IN THE SHOP ARE BRILLIANT HEATHER THE MANAGER IS VERY HELPFUL AND VERY POLITE AND ALSO ALL OF THE STAFF RECOMMENDED ANYBODY TO SHOP THERE AND ALSO KNOWING THE MONEY IS GOING TO A GOOD CAUSE

Was in the shop with 15 year old son. Staff member would not let me, his 45 year old mother buy 15 and 18 rated DVDs as he had placed them on the counter?! I understand not selling to under 18s but when I went back in alone to buy them the same shop assistant had to check it was okay with her manager before allowing me to spend money in their shop. Won't be back

Got some brilliant bits for me and my little boy including a brand new jumpsuit with tags! Visited a few times and the staff are always friendly. The lady who served me also told me about some stock that they are due to put out in the next week or so!
Rude Staff, and very expensive items, if you’re in leek I’d give this place a wide birth.
So, so can find a good buy sometimes and the prices for leek arent the worst but the staff mostly dont seem happy to even be there. Not the most friendly place I have ever visited.
Absolutely disgusted with the phone call I've just had over a sofa they refused to take it back because of where I live and over some steps and they don't have any insurance I had 2 leather sofas 2 years ago no problem getting up the steps will never be going there again disgusted and the lady I spoke to was extremely disrespectful
