Placed my order for next delivery and did it arrive NO got to wait upto 48 hours for my order to be delivered hopefully
Would have been ZERO STARS but Google doesn't allow less than 1 Star!!!! Absolutely disgusting that you have no Blue Badge Accessible Parking spaces near to your store in Tunstall, Stoke-on-Trent. This meant that I was unable to visit the store to purchase shoes etc. Please can you try and make sure that this can be rectified please as it would allow so many more people to use your store.
I would like to share our experience as a myself and with family 3-4 times we did shopping here, latest was yesterday, I am sorry to say that staff were not friendly and appear unprofessional and appear reluctant to help customers, I noted was not polite when asked questions.we visited many times in Hanley staff was brilliant and polite. I think in tunstall staff need training for customer care. As a family we are reluctant to go again here but would love to go in Hanley shoe zone Many thanks
My recent visit on 21.08.2023, 15:50 to Shoe Zone was quite disappointing. The customer service was far from satisfactory, as the salesgirl ( Cashier: LIV ) lacked professionalism and friendliness. She made it hard to shop by insisting that customers pick and order shoes themselves. Additionally, she seemed distracted by other tasks and was slow to help. When I asked her to speed up the billing process due to an expiring parking meter, she wasn't nice. Overall, Shoe Zone needs to improve its customer service and efficiency.

Good choice of stock, some beautiful shoes to choose from! Definitely wouldn't go anywhere else for school shoes!

Visited the store today the staff where very helpful & friendly but OMG couldnt shop has a gale was blowing me & mum off our feet i asked for the door to be closed but apparently it has to remain open because of wheelchair access. What idiot made this rule. Very uncomfortable shopping here.
Great staff, one lady endured my pickiness until we found the right safety boots for me. Very happy!
