   Staff in this store are exceptional in meeting the needs of the customer, one of the best I’ve experienced in a while, especially Kiera who went out of her way to help me with matching items of clothing together, so polite & friendly it was lovely to shop here with outstanding customer service. The other girls are really professional & helpful aswell when I came back to return a faulty pair of shoes she did me an exchange without any hassle. Thank you for providing me with such a great shopping experience girls!!! ❤️

   Find the store structure not fit for purpose loads of maintenance work needs doing thought out the store. Upstairs they have put yellow and black stickers down. ( how bout you fix what needs fixing- seek to be standard in most store nowadays and especially in new look stores Newcastle under Lyme is the same also) Went into the changing room massive hole in the walls and curtains dirty covered in stains- some items are overpriced.sort it out newlook the amount of money your business generate from sales, you cannot fix repairs or do yo the changing rooms??

   Unpleasant Experience with Return Policy I recently visited the New Look store with the intention of returning a clothing item. Despite the store not being busy, I encountered a disappointing level of customer service. The staff were rude and unhelpful, providing no explanation as to why my request for a refund was denied other than it was boxing day. This experience has left me dissatisfied and frustrated with New Look's customer service. I believe that a store's commitment to customer satisfaction should extend to reasonable return policies, especially when the store is not crowded. Unfortunately, this was not the case during my visit. I hope that New Look takes customer feedback seriously and works towards improving their service standards to ensure a more positive shopping experience for all customers.

   Great for girls but I'm not a girl. I'm a boy. Not great for boys, not good for me. If you are a boy who like to wear girls clothing items, then possibly also good for you. In summary, no mens section.

   Staff are friendly and polite. They were very helpful and professional. Lots of products in store to choose from. My daughter ended up getting quite a few things with her gift card. Will definitely be coming this newlook store more often.

   New look why do you interview people for permanent jobs that don't exist Why do you make your employees clock off work then get them to clean up when not being paid Why do you offer 25 hour contracts then give them 4 hours per week Your procedures have been reported to the job centre and other relivent authorities This is the festival park store in stoke on trent Expect a visit from the dwp

   This branch is far superior to the 2 nearest to it. Bright, clean, looked after and well stocked (most of the time) and well worth travelling to if it's not your nearest in Stoke/castle. My only concerns are that 1- when the area manager is in, customer awareness goes out of the window. This is the a reflection in the demands of the area mgr* though, I can see other staff apologising when they are in the way of customers trying to shop. 2- please please signpost (and tidy!) your concessions adequately. Sometimes I come in specifically for Blue Vanilla or Apricot and hunting around the store as a disabled customer with limited energy (even on a good day**) is so frustrating. As I say though, the best of the trio of Stoke/Castle stores so well done! *I've been in retail for 23 years and started in NL so I can spot an AM miles away. Especially a NLAM! **I don't always want to shop online. I have as much right and enjoyment shopping in-store as anyone else! Making your shop accessible should be as automatic as making sure you've enough change in the tills and are following the VM manual.
