I enjoy shopping in Marks and Spencer , however who ever designed the entry and exit from the stores within the retail park did a very poor job. With only one way to enter and exit the place , the queue to get in or out is horrendous. Last week it took me over an hour to reach the petrol station from the car park in Marks and Spencer. So very poorly designed! The car park is designed in a way to take maximum capacity but only allowing one way to exit the retail park. This really does put you off from going there. The shopping experience is ruined if you need an hour to move less than a 100 metres!! Someone please do something about it!

Generous amount of parking. The shop is well organised with different areas for clothing, homeware etc. The cafe has decent cakes and savoury selection with great views to sit and people watch on the carpark. Last visit I took a dog with me and as far as I could see there were no signs to say dogs were not allowed. I was approached by a security guard and told I'd have to leave.. it's was all very polite and I still bought my socks first but best put signs on the door to prevent this situation I feel. Can't see why it's a problem in the clothing areas. It's certainly okay at J L

I was pleasantly surprised by my recent visit to Marks & Spencer. Everything from the fresh and diverse food and drink options to the high-quality and stylish clothing and other items truly exceeded my expectations. What amazed me the most was how all of this could be offered at such reasonable prices. The variety and attention to detail in both the products and the overall shopping experience make this store stand out. It’s the perfect place for a quick shopping trip, whether you’re looking for something to wear, a gift, or simply some delicious food. I’ll definitely be coming back soon!

A large store on two levels with a food hall and cafe. Fantastic selection of children's men and women's clothing . It now has self-service tills on both floors. The cafe is very spacious and has large windows where many like to sit The food hall is one of the best in the country with a bakery and flower shop as well as fresh fruit and vegetables ,ready meals ,sandwiches and drinks. If you like French or Spanish products you will find lots of choices of cheeses and cured hams. The french style cakes are very tempting as is the excellent bread in particular sour dough loaves, baguettes and ciabattas. If you want high quality bedding then look no further. There are some beautiful William Morris designs . Homeward and furniture are also of a high standard .

Bought their Meal for two Curry, haven't had one from M&S before. It cost £12. Found that is was no different than one of their cheaper rivals, which begs the question, are they all made by the same companies and just labelled for Marks.

Took my disabled elderly mother and her friend both of whom are suffering from cancer as a Christmas treat to this store last Saturday. I was unable to use the disabled parking as all the spaces were in use all day. The car park was very busy and I managed to park some way from the store. We had a lovely day went to the cafe etc and returned to the vehicle having spent 4 hrs 27 mins at the store and others on the retail park. I have received a £100 parking charge from the car park operators UKPC for being 27 minutes over a 4 hr limit I was unaware of. I know m and s do not control the parking but having read the number of similar complaints online I would have thought they and other retailers would value their customers more and collectively do something to change these unfair and extortionate charges. I will not be returning to shop here.

    - 1* so I called this morning, woman answered, “hi it’s a bit of a drive to come to you, can you tell me are your poppy sellers there today?” Answer “yes!” “ ok thank you I’ll be up in 20 mins.” Answer “ok” I arrived 25 mins later, no poppy sellers, asked an assistant, she said “no they are not here today”. Total incompetence. Total absolute imbecilic incompetence.
