“I took my granddaughter hopping to get some clay or I was at a lose where to go as I tried everywhere else. And the Range came to my rescue, they had two different types/ colours of air dried clay. Finding clay here stopped an artistic child having a melt down and for that I'm truly grateful. Would recommend the Range”

“After being left hanging at Longton Argos who clearly just didn't want to help, we drove to Stoke Sainsburys Argos. A man named Chris spoke to us, gave us advice on how to get an online purchase, then attempted to order our item for us in store. He arranged for the item to be delivered to my house saving me the hassle of trying to do online stuff. Very grateful to him, I believe he went above and beyond! He certainly didnt reflect his Grumpy Elf tshirt! Longton staff, shame on you.”

“Went to the store yesterday with an issue and lady at the till was very polite and helpful she was breath of fresh air. The lady at the till had to go speak to the manager (Anna) with my case and the pair went extra mile and was very pleased with the service I received. Keep up the good work ladies and you are true asset to Argos. Its a shame I can not remember the ladies name at payment counter. Visited the store about 5pm if it helps.”

“Bought a sun hat for my grandson it’s perfect fit - I used the on size line guide it works: quality is excellent. My comment and it’s not a criticism:is that my grandson gets prick heat and is prone to getting sunburn on the back of his neck. Obviously the store doesn’t know this: We were hoping the rear of the hat would be made a little bit longer. I don’t think he will be the only person with this issue: perhaps a business opportunity.”

“I visited today to collect a number plate which I had ordered online. A very polite young man made up the plate for me. He was very efficient and capable, unfortunately I did not get his name. While I was being dealt with a young lady named Melanie was dealing with an elderly gentleman who needed a refund. She received some loud comments from a woman in the queue who took exception to Melanie asking the gentleman the necessary questions required for a refund. The woman said she would complain. I found it uncomfortable for Melanie who was doing her job and embarrassing for the elderly gentleman who asked for a refund. Melanie behaved impeccably and professionally and dealt with the situation very well. I returned later as agreed to have the plate fitted. It was Melanie who fitted the plate and she did it perfectly and was very efficient and capable. My experience in store today was very pleasant because of Melanie and the young man who made my plate.”

“Only required one item today as I was passing. Lurpak butter which was much cheaper than in Tesco. I would say by as much as £2 I did have a wander around and I will be calling back to buy Silentnight duvet and pillows as again they were at a bargain price”

“Big, spacious store with some great finds! I’ve found some great clothes, cards, art supplies, bags, luggage, homeware and books at amazing prices. Some days there are lots of clothes I like, some days not, but they get deliveries twice a week.”

“Lovely and helpful staff, I received an item I brought online with a tag still in, after trying a few other shops they said TK max use that type of tag so went in, the lady on the till didn't have any luck but security came over to me as I was going to leave and said he could get it off, after about 10mins he came back with the tag removed. Nice that people can be so helpful.”
