   A lot of the clothes are a bit too trendy for an old 'un like me but I usually find something. The thing I really dislike and which puts me off going unless I'm desperate, is the self check out, something always goes wrong. If I wanted to be a check out girl I would have got a job in retail, but then again I would be rubbish at it.

   ridiculous 20 min plus wait for refund, super slow on till with only 2 customers in front of me. She spent ages searching for customer cards on the system as they had both left cards at home then went wandering around the shop for a pair of socks to look for a price. I'd hate to see the returns desk after Christmas!!
