   Had a amazing experience today at the superdry outlet store at Cannock. I was looking for a shirt that was in a mannequin but could not find it for sale. When I asked at the counter the girl (didn't get her name) was very helpful and advis d they were in the men's section. When I couldn't find the size I needed she called over Nick, who scanned the shirt and found that there was one small left on the shop floor. He huny d for that shirt and found one on another mannequin which he then stripped down and gave it me even after me saying 'its fine I'll get it online' thank you Nick and others for going above and beyond. I hope you are this as I cannot for life of me find a feedback form to complete.

   Superdry outlet at Cannock had placed on one side a mans coat for us to exchange for one we'd purchased, but in a different colour. Not only were they professional and helpful, they were so friendly aswell. I then noticed a shirt on display that I liked but they didn't have my size so I returned to Jordan to ask if they had one in stock. She checked and said they did have one in stock. She then searched in store and in the stock room but couldn't find it. She suggested it maybe on a mannequin and with the help of a male colleague they endeavoured to locate it, undress the mannequin, handed me the shirt and then redressed the mannequin. NOW THAT'S WHAT I CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE !
