   Went to visit store today , noticed section marked xl clothes , two ladies was looking at it so I waited and shopped in another part of the store , I came back a few minutes later , just as the two ladies moved on , I then moved forwards to look at this section a shop assistant asked me to move out of the way so she could restock , I was annoyed as I had waited my turn and in my retail store I train my staff to help a customer in such a situation and wait later for an opportunity to restock , I indicated my desire to shop at another shop and went to leave the store , the till assistant at the top of her voice shout how rude , I think she must of been speaking about herself

   Visited the store today and thoroughly enjoyed my visit plenty of products and sizes to please all. Customer service was excellent very helpful. Special shout out to the young gentleman Noah and the young lady called Katie. Very happy look forward to visiting again soon.

   Ver rude Staff Don’t wanna help you judge the way you look even though I shop a couple of hundred was laughing at us all. I wanna say to people please don’t go there if you don’t wanna make fun of yourself don’t go there if you don’t have any self-respect you most welcome to go there. They will treat you like rubbish this bag of will be given to someone because I can’t wear them if I wear them the movie will be started playing in my head. Things will be started going backward forward in my head is not gonna put me in right stage of my mind leave on the lady on the tail very very very rude

   My brother and I purchased three pairs of trainers that were of very poor quality. We found our proof of purchase and tried to return them for an exchange on Sunday. The customer service I received was very poor as I was told there was nothing that could be done after 28 days, this also included an exchange. Whilst I was frustrated with the service, I was not abusive towards the staff. Following this, the staff members ganged up on me and one of them said "bye" in a very sarcastic manner. After complaining to Guest Services and the store manager, we received a call to go back for an exchange from the manager and we were satisfied with the outcome. However, the store manager pulled us to one side to discuss what had happened as she was not present at the time. We felt very patronised as she had clearly taken her team's side and we were dissapointed that the staff had lied about their actions and what they had told us. The assistant manager had claimed he had not even spoken to me. Whilst the manager had taken the necessary steps to resolve the issue, we are both left feeling very dissapointed with the assistant manager and the rest of the staff at this store. We used to be regular customers at this store and had not previously experienced issues with customer service here.

   Nice clothes but was very disappointed when my partner asked for a xl T-shirt and was told they didn’t have any out as they didn’t usually get big people in their store! He’s a 34 waist and an xl top and was very offended by what the store assistants were telling him! Appalling customer service and don’t think they should be in that job!
