   Absolutely disgusted. Bought a shoe and they forgot to remove the security tag. I had to waste my time and fuel to come back. When I asked for a credit note, the manager spoke to me with zero respect, claiming the shoe was “dirty” all I did was try it on THEIR carpet. Is that how you treat customers for your mistake? Shameful service. Never coming back.

   Got some great bargains, trainers, shorts and t shirts. I had an issue with the pricing, which was handled with a considerate approach by all involved, even when I got angry with the Supervisor. He accepted my apology and continued to help me out with a further product I wanted. Got to be challenging, keeping the value in the quality products against all odds in today's climate so think the staff deserve high credit and top respect in deed.

   Purchased a sondico football when we returned home noticed it was deflating and had faulty stiching, returned the ball to the store on which it was obvious it was brand new. They refused to exchange or to refund me back. Terrible customer service.

   Purchased a top the size was XXL got home tried it on much too small they had none left asked for money back,they said they only give owing notes unless the item is faulty I pointed out the size stated was incorrect,they said different brand sizes are not all the same.I feel they should put accurate size tag's on items or change there policy for people who prefer to try at home because COVID ect.this tells me they're not interested in customer satisfaction just there money.thank goodness most shops Do value customers.

   Asked for a size 10 trainer. Assistant said the last pair were out and they were 12s. Not convinced because of they way he dismissed us without checking, I asked a young female Assistant, she actually looked and found some. The other male Assistant didn't want to know as it semmed the couldn't be bothered, the firdt guy was his mate. So 4 members of staff. Two couldn't be bothered and two were polite and efficient. 50% isn't that good is it?

   Wanted to purchase a bag. Online price £4.99 shop price £20. Told it was online deal only. Offered to pay the £5 delivery and take the bag with me. They said I cudnt do that therefore no transaction. Bad for business

   Went look for a pair of walking boots. Sales assistant wanted to be anywhere else, showed a total lack of interest or customer service. Even asked if we were taking a pair after we had said they were to small !!!
