“What an amazing chap Chris is! Cycling Lands End to John O’Groats & had a major problem with the gear shift mechanism. At very short notice, he found us on the route & managed to perform miracles!!! Got us back on the road within an hour or so. One of our group then had a fall & slightly damaged their derailleur. Chris came back & sorted us out again. What an absolute legend!! Thank you Chris. “I was out in the Peak district riding the Roaches Revenge with a couple of friends, when part of the tyre came off the rim on a steep downhill section of the route. We were close to Leek and decided to get the tyre checked by Leek Cycle Solutions. The staff there were so helpful and the service was second to none. They replaced the tyre which allowed me to carry on safely with the route. I would highly recommend this friendly, helpful shop as without their expertise I would have been unable to carry on with the ride. A big thank you.”

“I visited today to collect a number plate which I had ordered online. A very polite young man made up the plate for me. He was very efficient and capable, unfortunately I did not get his name. While I was being dealt with a young lady named Melanie was dealing with an elderly gentleman who needed a refund. She received some loud comments from a woman in the queue who took exception to Melanie asking the gentleman the necessary questions required for a refund. The woman said she would complain. I found it uncomfortable for Melanie who was doing her job and embarrassing for the elderly gentleman who asked for a refund. Melanie behaved impeccably and professionally and dealt with the situation very well. I returned later as agreed to have the plate fitted. It was Melanie who fitted the plate and she did it perfectly and was very efficient and capable. My experience in store today was very pleasant because of Melanie and the young man who made my plate.”

“I took my car here as my headlight wire had burned out and needed replacing. Initially they said they couldn't help, but one chap came along and said he would have a look. Within 15 mins he had replaced the burned wire and put in a new bulb for me! He was really friendly and helpful! I didn't catch his name but he honestly made my weekend! Will certainly be back!”
