Helpful friendly and professional. Changed my brake light bulbs in minutes. No appointment necessary just drove up to the shop.
Booked a simple bulb replacement - pre-booked a slot for 1pm for them to fit it yet when I got there they said people had turned up and it was going to over an hour (this meant I had to go back to work and had done a 40 min trip for nothing). When i returned later that evening it was fine. Really don't see the point of having a pre-booking time slot if anyone can rock up and it's first come first served! Should remove it really and just say turn up (or call in advance to check waiting times).
I was looking to buy child car seats and I cannot overstate what an incredible service I received from Colin at Congleton. He patiently tested the fit of multiple car seats in 2 vehicles until we had picked the best options for our circumstances. (Being a nursery, it meant I needed 6 of them) Colin was able to give solid advice and answer all the questions I had. I went away to check a few things. Colin helpfully ensured I had full info to take away. When I returned to make the purchase a week later, he loaded everything for me, and said to pop back if I needed help with fitting. This is unlikely as he had already given a thorough demonstration. Good to have that service as a fall back plan, just in case. Excellent service. Thankyou Colin at Congleton.
Literally 9am on Bank Holiday Monday I was met by Sarah at Halfords when I had a bulb which was not working. Sarah jumped straight to work to replace my bulb, checked my other lights, when the bulb was removed it was clear there was an electrical connection which needed attention and needed an electrically trained person to fix it. Sarah recommended the part needed and off I went to find a willing electrical engineer. Part was spot on, service was decisive and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you Sarah 10 out of 10 from me.
Great service from Connor at the desk (and phone) and Colin who did the fitting of my roof box. I only paid for the fitting so I didn’t have to worry about getting the box home and dealing with the packaging but I’m extra glad I did as Colin was great at explaining stuff for me. Very happy!
These guys are incredible. Unfortunately, I haven’t caught the name of the two people that help me out. There is a young lady and I assume the manager who went above and beyond to make sure I got the best possible service ever. I highly recommend this store, by far the best Halfords, I have ever shopped in. The customer service is 2nd to none.
Bought a light bulb and got it fitted as well. Superb service. It was an Alfa car and the lights are tricky and they sorted it. A young lady and a young gentleman. Very polite and service with a smile. Will definitely return
I'm not sure of the name of the guy who served me tonight but he was brilliant. I wasn't sure which bulb I needed so he looked at my car and agreed I'd picked the right one. Last time I came there it was 2 young guys stood together at the tills, they searched my reg then they pushed me saying I needed to pay £30 something to buy a bulb, even though I said I didn't want it fitted. They said it would be best to let them do it even though i said i could do it myself. I left without buying anything. So i was very nervous about going back tonight but I needed a bulb. Whoever the guy was who served me, thank you so much. You made me feel like it was ok to ask questions and you helped me alot more than you know. I hope they realise how much of a good worker you are.
