Received the bearing kit in a timely fashion. The price was similar to the manufacturer and so I expected the kit to include the necessary loctite. Be aware they only source the bearings and do not include necessary loctite for Pivot bicycle bearings.
These guys found me some parts for my old mountain bike which the mechanic at my local bike shop was not able to find a supplier for ( rear suspension bushes for 1999 Stumpjumper FSR XC ) , but they recommended BETD as worth a try. Based on photos I sent in, Paul from BETD matched the bushes to some they had in stock, and got them to me the next day. Excellent customer service
Purchased RO2 cranks. They're advertised as being a "road" crank and compatible with Shimano 24mm BBs. The latter is true, but they are not compatible with road specific Shimano 24mm BBs and require the spacing of a Mountain BB, which is a bit strange. The lack of instructions is problematic. I'd suggest updating the instructions or providing a shorter axle for the road version that fits a standard road BB spacing on a 68mm shell, without the need for more spacers or an MTB BB.
Poor quality products, and customer service. Have ruined the good reputation of Middleburn products and I will never touch a product from them again. Total ballache to deal with.
