   Went in to.return some items & get a bigger size. Were successful on one item. The lady checked the others and found they were available but not at this store. She gave us the codes so we could order online from other stores. She then sorted out repeated issues with my loyalty card . She really went above & beyond to make sure everything was resolved. I didn't get home name but from the receipt I think it's Assistant 38. Well done . Good staff are hard to find.

   Contacted the Hanley ( Stoke on Trent) store with an enquiry. Spoke to Caitlan ( hope the spelling is correct )- her customer service was excellent- taking the time to find an answer to my enquiry and to give advice. Excellent customer service and a credit to the store.

   Great store in a very convenient location, stocked with big brands, not all staff are helpful; one looked like I annoyed her when I asked for my shoe size. I wish they stocked sizes for bigger folk, my size is very limited in variety. Make sure you buy the membership, I saved £30 on a £150 purchase.

   I went into go outdoors today,for my daughter for some horse supplements, and was met with a young girl called Ellie, she was the most polite and well mannered person I have ever come across in a store and especially. She gave me the best advice and was full of knowledge and pointed me in the right direction, if it wasn’t for her I wouldn’t have known where to start and in my own she needs to be recognised for her hard work she could of done better for me or enough definitely went above and beyond so thank you again to her . I definitely recommend!!!

   Marked Price's..To me this is disgraceful practice that lures you to the till before putting you in the awkward position of either walking out without your purchase or paying more than you anticipated!! The shopping experience at go outdoors has left a bad taste in my mouth and with other retailers out there to choose from I’m not sure I’ll be visiting again. I would recommend trying other outlets first before resorting to go outdoors.

   The blonde short haired 40/50 odd yr old woman who works here is an absolute Karen. Pestering her staff at the tills rather than letting them do their job. Returned my lads coat as it was too big and she accused me of it being worn. Moaned because the tags werent on it. Just re tag it for goodness sake. Made a snidey remark that no other retailer would have accepted the return. What an unpleasant experience of this store. The lad on the till was very friendly though. Get rid of this karen or demote her or something
