“I had an emergency with a slow puncture on a weekend gravel bike packing ride and had lost my tool pouch and had to limp 15 miles to Joe's shop. Joe was absolutely brilliant in getting me back on the road with a brand new tyre (tear in the side wall of old tyre) and the required tools for any future issue. He could have taken advantage of me and charged whatever he liked but in the end I think he actually undercharged me for the work. Joe was also excellent to get on with and full of interesting stories. I would highly recommend his services for any bike enthusiasts whether expert or just starting out.”

I had been looking for these specific shorts in France, online and in the UK. They were very popular and running out of stock. In fact the last pair of my size was with Bogdan at the Sheffield store. I could not drive 120 miles and back to get them but Bogdan was able to get them transferred to a Decathlon near me and I was able to pick them up. I am truly delighted and very thankful for Bogdan’s kindness and help. By the way the shorts are a great fit and of strong quality. But beyond the product it really was Bogdan that made all the difference for me! Thank you again!”

All done while I was there, conclusion was my bike wasn’t that bad and just needed some TLC. Booked the bike in for a service, a few things replace and others tweaked by I believe Annie, the bike rides like brand new and didn’t cost anywhere near the price of a new bike! “This was our first visit for my grandmother's 78th birthday. The place is so modern and clean. The staff couldn't do enough for us and was really attentive and obliging (Molly, Isobel and Monica) we really got to know the staff and we was made to feel so comfortable. There is indoor and outdoor seating which is covered over or you can sit in a sun spot. Honestly it's a place you could sit in all day, a bonus they have Free Wi-Fi. The food was unbelievable and so fresh! We all had something different and everything was top notch. Again I just want to say how attentive the staff was!”

“We will likely come again and recommend to others. The site has a lot of people like us who live in Sheffield either testing equipment or in my case just wanted to book a last minute adventure with minimum travel. Kids loved it, making some holiday friends. Showers warm and clean but the type you have to keep pushing to turn on again. Toilets clean with loo roll. They described it as busy but never had to wait for any facilities. Pot washing had clothes and washing up liquid which was amazing as I hadn't packed them. Clean water tap worked well. Paying was slightly awkward, you go to the farm house and lots of 'beware of the dog' made me nervous, what if I wasn't meant to go there. Fair price £7 per adult and £3.50 per child.”

“Originally went in to arrange a stereo install as my last stereo had issues in this car no matter the fix i tried. I was contacted when the additional parts had arrived and was told I could leave them with the store for the fitting day. On the day of install all was good until an issue arose with the parts for my install causing multiple stalls. While the install couldn't go ahead for the stereo because of the parts issue the engineer did talk me through and show me all of the things that were causing issues (which i can and have fixed myself at home). As I'd had wiring issues previously for stereos in this car i asked if the new unit could be fully tested just to check on wiring and that all worked fine. After all was said and done and cleared up, I went to ask the engineer how much I owed as the booking was still taken and I was still assisted. Surprisingly I was told there was no charge because the install hadn't happened. From the beginning to end the communication and service provided was superb and I will be keeping this store in mind for future use.”
