   On Arrival to the Barnsley Halfords with my Grand daughters bike for service and repair, we were asked can i assist you with taking the bike upstairs for you. I was impressed. A young man called Jack assessed the bike and stated that it required a Silver service, new chain and some new cables for the Brakes. The bike was ready 24 hours later. I was amazed that it looked like a new bike, talk about going the extra yard. He had cleaned the bike to the highest of standards. Outstanding customers service one again from the Barnsley branch. highly recommended.

   I visited your Barnsley store today and found the assistant in the car accessories section extremely helpful. She spent a considerable amount of time helping me chose a product (NOCO Boost Sport GB20). She also informed me about your motoring club and I saved £5. She then explained about your car mechanic visiting service as I informed her I may need a new car battery. She helpfully gave me a leaflet and explained how the service worked.

   Had a screen chip happen yesterday. Went to Halfords Barnsley at Harborough Hills today, and asked if someone could assess this for me, and determine whether this was repairable by them? It was fairly small, but noticeable and had a star effect to it. The first girl I spoke to behind the counter was lovely. Very polite and accommodating. Told me to take my car round to another lady called Anna. She assessed it as repairable & got to work pretty quickly. 40 mins later, Job done, and I can’t believe the difference! So impressed. Got informed of their motor club whilst waiting, which was free to join, so i did & got £5 off my repair today. So, £35 in all. Couldn’t be more impressed from the first person who served me right through. Excellent job Anna and wonderful customer service all round. I would definitely recommend!

   Very friendly and welcoming as soon as I walked in store. I needed my windscreen chip repairing asap and wasn’t sure it would happen. However the gent that was assessing my chip was very helpful and could do it asap. Very professional team and you can barely see my chip, so very very happy. Thank you

   Always a friendly team and whereas a large number of garages often treat lone women like they don't know anything about cars, the Barnsley team are always very knowledgeable and do a great job. Abraham helped fit 2 new headlight bulbs as well as performing a winter check on my car so I now feel confident that I am safe when out driving this winter. I won't hesitate to go back to Halfords Barnsley and Abraham is an asset to the team.
