   This place is a absolute joke really unprofessional and bad communication skills. All stood round smoking and talking and dont care about customers. I asked for a seatbelt fixing and they said they never seen them. The place is full of cars but yet they have never seen a seatbelt. Absolute joke and will tell everyone to stay away from there. Really poor service

   Absolute nightmare people to deal with. Don't check parts before sending to customers. Send faulty goods, but they are poor quality. Called us liars, even though we had proof. Horrible people. Please don't use them. Don't deserve to be in business when they speak and treat to people like rubbish.

   I've ordered spares from them in February this year. They send me something that's actually broken and promised me for a refund if I email with photo of the problem and part. Blamed it on transit damaged which is impossible. I am still waiting for my refund and can't get hold of them. I would not recommend to buy parts from them.

   I was sceptical after reading previous reviews. I am pleased to say Jack Barns was very honest and supplied me with items I ordered. There was a small hiccup in the beginning but this was put right and I would not subscribe to the other comments on his website.
