Very helpful offering to come and pick me up from the train station for the test drive,but no pressure at all applied for me to purchase the vehicle. I would not have any hesitation in recommending this dealership if your in the market for purchasing a new car. I also took opportunity to use German auto centre to carry out a gearbox and haldex oil change as no records were within the service history of it being done. Richard was really helpful in assisting me to sort this out. Richard also gave me a three month warranty for peace of mind and I am confident should an issue arise he will sort it for me. Certainly take a look at what cars they have for sale I would definitely be a returning customer.”

“Phoned as I needed a ball joint for my car... Admittedly I had called two other suppliers that did not have stock... Spoke to Ellie who was very efficient and friendly and gave me price options on different brands... Kept them on reserve for me to collect later that day. Upon arriving at the store the lad on the counter was serving a gent who ordered parts but made a mistake with his order and changed his mind again which took a while to sort... Said lad on counter was very patient with the customer although a queue had formed... Upon seeing this one of the guys from the office dropped what he was doing and came out to help... Again very friendly and efficient... Had the parts in stock and was cheaper... Great service... Staff should be commended.”

“Was going on a weekend break with the family to Hoyland, drove 100 miles and on arrival noticed my car was making a crackling noise as something was loose. I couldn’t drive the car anywhere. Rang all local garage shops and none took me in. Until S74 said “yeah, just bring it in as slow as you can”. When i got there, they quickly took my car, investigated the issue and removed what was a loose dust shield. When asked how much i owed them they said not to worry about it, it was “nothing”. For me, it was a lot, after driving 100 miles and ready to start your holiday, the last thing you want is car issues. They were so understanding and helpful, really have no words to describe the relief i felt! Thank you so much! Anywhere close to Hoyland, this has ti be your shop!”

They guaranteed delivery to me for Tuesday which would be perfect. They didn't even charge for a special delivery but as promised the cap arrived on time and is perfect.
