Spoke to Ellie who was very efficient and friendly and gave me price options on different brands... Kept them on reserve for me to collect later that day. Upon arriving at the store the lad on the counter was serving a gent who ordered parts but made a mistake with his order and changed his mind again which took a while to sort... Said lad on counter was very patient with the customer although a queue had formed... Upon seeing this one of the guys from the office dropped what he was doing and came out to help... Again very friendly and efficient... Had the parts in stock and was cheaper... Great service... Staff should be commended.”

“My car broke down a few days ago, and I arranged to have it dropped off at Lidgett Garage on the Monday, being taken by my breakdown cover. The woman on the phone was polite and professional, and I was able to get it dropped off that day. Was told later on it would need a full exhaust etc fitting, and that it would be possibly done by the day after. Picked it up just now on the Tuesday and drives great, just a day later - quick and efficient service, and the guy was happy to explain the issue on the old exhaust parts to myself and a family member, really appreciated that. Will definitely use again, thank you!”
